The Pinguins returned to DEL2 regular season action on Friday against Starbulls Rosenheim. The Pinguins won the game 3-2 in a spirited game. Cody was held off the scoresheet points wise but as usual he's always in the mix which you can see at the end of the highlights below.

In their second game of the weekend, Fischtown took on the third place Lowen Frankfurt. The Pinguins were down 3-2 heading into the third period before exploding for 4 goals to win the game 6-3. We'll post the highlights when they are available. The Pinguins remain in first place in the DEL2 standings, holding a 2 point cushion over the Beitigheim Steelers.

Changing gears, Colorado College enjoyed a bye week this past weekend. The University of Minnesota-Duluth Bulldogs will be in Colorado Springs for a pair of games of Friday and Saturday. The Tigers look to get there season on track against the #13 nationally ranked Bulldogs.
